Terms & Conditions
Orders accepted by Breg Products shall be subject to our full standard conditions of sale, a copy of which is available on request. All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order acceptance policy. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any customer.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Payment is required with all orders unless an approved credit account has been arranged. Payment may be by cheque, credit card (Access, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or Delta) or BACS.
Goods in any contract shall remain the property of Breg Products until paid for in full. However goods will be at the purchaser's risk once delivered.
Any despatch estimates quoted by us are given in good faith. We will not be liable for any failure to meet such estimates. We reserve the right to make part deliveries. All goods despatched are the responsibility of the transport company once products have been despatched. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK & Ireland unless by specific arrangement.

Technical descriptions and data are given in good faith without responsibility. Whilst we take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in this information.
Breg Products reserve the right to amend designs and specifications without notice. All load capacities stated are for evenly distributed loads used on reasonable surfaces. If your specifications are vital please make sure this is known at time of ordering.
Health and Safety
All products are sold in good working order. If you are a Reseller, you must ensure that goods provided by Breg Products are fit for the purpose intended by the end user and the use of such goods should at all times comply with all current Health and Safety requirements. Care must be taken to avoid any risk inherent in use. All equipment must be maintained adequately. All operators must be trained.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered caused by any event or circumstances beyond our control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes)
All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website.
All information and pricing contained on our website is correct at time of entering on the system. Whilst we endeavour to ensure these prices are correct, we reserve the right to amend our prices without notice in the event of unforeseen changes.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. VAT will be added (where applicable) at the current rates. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Ordering Advice section of this Website.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts which will be charged at 1.5% per month that the amount remains unpaid.
Return of Goods
By law, customers within the European Union have the right to a ‘cooling off period’ within 14 working days of their purchase being delivered, under the distance selling regulations.
If you decide to return an item to us during this period, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the item and the delivery charge, however the return charge is not refundable and you will be required to arrange the return.
For items that have been modified or specifically manufactured to your specifications return is not possible.
For returned items we retain the right to charge a restocking fee where any damage is required to be repaired to put back into stock.
If you are however returning the items because they are damaged, faulty or in any way defective then we will arrange and pay for uplift and either arrange a full refund or replace the damaged goods depending on your requirements.
Non Delivery and Damaged Goods
If goods have not been received within 14 days of invoice we must be advised immediately. Shortage or damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Customers must inspect all goods at the time of receipt as our Carriers will only accept claims for damage if the delivery sheet is marked "GOODS DAMAGED". Minor blemishes to paint whilst in transit will not be accepted as reason for rejection of product.
