Angled Tote Box Trolley

The OPT110 is one of our most popular trolleys. It's a mobile, angled rack for 600 x 400mm plastic totes, and it's built for order picking, Kanban storage and line-side kitting. Each tier is angled towards the user, so staff can see what's in every box and reach in without lifting totes out or unstacking them. Picking is quicker, restocking is simpler and there's less bending and stretching on every shift.

Choose your layout: 6 or 9 boxes

The trolley takes six or nine totes up to 300mm high, across three tiers. The 6-box layout leaves every box fully open. It suits bulkier parts or high-turnover lines where speed matters most. The 9-box layout packs 50% more storage into the same footprint, with more than half of each box still open for picking. It suits small parts, fixings, packaging and consumables.

Moves where the work is

The trolley runs on 125mm castors: two swivel and two swivel-braked. It rolls easily down aisles, into cells or up to a packing bench, and the brakes hold it in place once it's parked. Each shelf is rated to 75kg, so it copes with heavy loads of components as well as light stock.

Supplied ready to use

You can order the trolley on its own to use with totes you already have. Or you can add a matching set of six or nine boxes:

• Blue stack/nest boxes, 600 x 400 x 300mm
• Grey stack boxes, 600 x 400 x 220mm
• Grey stack boxes, 600 x 400 x 170mm
