Fixed and swivel wheels and castors
Although they have a unique load capacity, all of our warehouse picking trolleys come equipped with fixed wheels or swivel castor wheels, or a combination of the two.
Braked castors
Depending on your chosen trolley, it may have braked castors as standard, or you may have the option to add them for an additional fee – essential for preventing any unexpected movement and, in turn, reducing the risk of accidents, injuries, and damage.

Stepped
Need to access hard-to-reach areas in your warehouse, industrial, retail, or commercial environment? Our order picking trolley with steps is perfect for reaching higher points of shelving or racking systems and can accommodate most small to medium-sized items that need picking and packing.
As with our standard trolleys, the shelving trolleys have an angle steel frame that offers excellent rigidity and longevity. The steps themselves are mounted on grey rubber castors that stabilise them and ensure no marks are left on your floors.
Weight capacity
All manual handling equipment including order picking trolleys have a weight limit. Check the combined Weight of all products to be loaded on to the trolley.
Custom bespoke design and build service.
When a standard trolley does not fit your workplace a design and build service is available. Specific requirements to meet conditions such as Flooring, the workplace, the task and the warehouse goods are identified. Workers ability is taken into consideration, size, ability, strength and health requirements do not always suit a standard trolley.
Order picking trolleys can be designed and built to allow a more suitable fit for the workplace and workers allowing workers to operate the trolley at ease around the workplace. This improves health and safety, preventing injury to workers and reducing damage to the workplace or goods. Height, size, weight, wheels/ castors and configuration of shelves and inlays can be adjusted.
